Alliance Gator Clean XP Oil & Grease Remover for Pavers

Easily Lifts & Aborbs Embedded Oil Stains as it Dries from Liquid to Powder No Scrubbing No Rinsing No Mess Covers approx 6 square feet Always test a small area before use. Do not use on wet surfaces. Use above 40°F (4°C) and provide maximum ventilation. INSTRUCTIONS Shake bottle before applying to stain, extending one inch beyond perimeter of the stain. Coating thickness should be 1/8”. Allow to dry completely to powder. Wait 12 to 24 hours, depending on temperature, humidity and ventilation. Sweep it up. If area still appears dark, provide adequate ventilation and allow moisture to evaporate. If stain remains, reapply, scrub with hard bristled brush, and repeat steps 2 and 3. Rinse off any remaining residue with water. PLEASE NOTE Before using on sealed, colored, or painted surfaces, ALWAYS TEST the product on a small hidden area of approximately 4 square inches (26 sq. cm.) to ensure the results will meet your expectations. Prior use of other cleaners may inhibit performance. If applied on sealed pavers it may damage the seal. CAUTION Provide maximum ventilation during use. Do not mix with other chemicals. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS. Avoid contact with grass or plants. Avoid inhalation of dust when sweeping. Avoid eye and skin contact. EYE CONTACT: Flood eyes repeatedly with water and call physician. IF SWALLOWED: Do not induce vomiting. Drink a glass of water and call physician immediately. Shipping TermsAt present, all whole goods can only be shipped in the US. Parts & Accessories can be shipped worldwide.
Items are generally dispatched within 3 business days after payment is cleared however please allow approximately 3-6 business days for it to arrive. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number.
Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and via phone number on the checkout page before payment.
Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid.
Pantano Power Equipment is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. This also includes failure to provide an answered phone number which is essential to facilitate delivery of bulky freight. Please be aware that P.O Boxes cannot receive whole goods or items designated to ship via UPS.
Unopened Merchandise - You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping back and there will be a 20% restock fee to cover original shipment of goods.
Opened Merchandise - Opened products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Return shipping costs lay solely on the buyer in this case. Please note that on electrical system parts including ignition coils, electrical starters, and any other electrical system component is not refundable or returnable under any circumstance due to warranty changes from all current manufacturers concerning electrical items. All other parts fall under the previous return policy. If any NON Electrical part is found to be defective it can be returned and exchanged within 30 days.
All New Engine powered equipment with a full Manufacture Warranty cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to a Local Authorized Service Center for repair, which may be covered under warranty. If product is returned and upon inspection shows signs that gas or oil have been used then no refund will be given and the customer will be notified via telephone. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact us via email or speak with a customer representative to obtain a RMA # and shipping instructions. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment.
All Refurbished Units – Any refurbished Unit with a Factory warranty cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled unless item is damaged beyond repair due to shipping or deemed defective by a Local Authorized Dealer. Carburetor adjustments are not considered a defect and a refurbished unit needing a carburetor adjustment needs to be service by a local dealer.
